How-to Kamayan

Kamayan is a traditional Filipino dining style where food is served on a banana leaf and eaten with the hands, without the use of utensils. This communal and immersive experience typically features a variety of dishes, such as grilled meats, seafood, rice, vegetables, and sauces, all laid out on the banana leaf. Kamayan, which translates to "by hand," is not just about the food but also about the shared experience, emphasizing togetherness and the joy of eating with family and friends.

Important Note: you can mix and match any of the kamayan packages to fit your party size EXCEPT for the CUSTOMIZED KAMAYAN. If you need TO add an extra guest to your KAMAYAn package you have the option to pay A $25 seating charge or you can simply order more food from our Kamayan sides or regular menu worth $25 per guest)

Major credit cards accepted with a $10 minimum charge.
Children 6 years or younger are not charged full price
For parties of 6 or more, an 18% service charge will be added to your bill.
Vegetarians: Please advise your server for proper food preparation.
