| 1. | 50% Deposit upon reservation of date & time. NO DEPOSIT, NO DEAL. |
| 2. | No cancellation w/in 72 hours. Deposit equivalent returned in kind. No full cash refund. |
| 3. | Number of Hours for party is 3 hours maximum. Extension subject to minimum per hour charge at $250/ hr increment [within the area you are occupying] You and your guests must stay within the dining area you are occupying, otherwise, you will be charged additional room charge accordingly. |
| 4. | No home-cooked food, alcoholic beverages & other drinks food may be brought in. |
| 5. | All left-over food will be boxed To-Go. |
| 6. | To avoid traffic, servers will announce to each table when to approach the buffet line. |
| 7. | Children 7-11 yrs old = half price, 12 yrs & up = full price |
| 8. | In excess of 50 guests, $30 or $35 per person (tax & gratuity included) will be added. |
| 9. | Amount due must be settled in cash or credit card same day. Sorry! We will not accept check payment at this point. |
